Shipping

All of our products are handmade by us. We strive to ship all orders within 3-5 days. However, some items take a longer to make! If this is the case, we have included in the item description that additional handling time is needed.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once you return is approved, then your refund will be processed (not including any shipping costs), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom orders (except that there is a defect in workmanship)
  • Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
