The tallow, stearic, and mango butter merge into a dense, creamy lather that clings to the blade and cushions the skin with unadorned strength. Nothing distracts. Nothing interferes.
It is the purest expression of the craft: a shave stripped to the grain, simple enough for the most sensitive skin, yet still unmistakably born of the House.
Each batch is tempered slowly and cured under the Apothecary’s watch until it reaches the soft, pliant texture that seasoned wet shavers crave. The small vessel exists for reconnaissance—to test the ritual before committing to the full discipline.

Quality, form, and function are all fantastic. Fits perfectly in your hand while working up a good lather. Mine came with a greater amount of red coloration compared to the silver and in my opinion makes the piece look stunning.

Stunning bowl. Great lather. Rich worked with me to swap out the item I preordered for a newer, in stock item, which was awesome. Medium is pretty big, wouldn’t go any bigger. The bowl looks as good in real life as the pics!
