Following Your Order’s Journey Through the Workshop
Processing Your order has been received and is waiting to enter the Workshop queue.
Casting & Curing The blank for your order is being cast and cured. This stage usually takes the longest, but it’s the foundation of a durable, handcrafted piece.
On the Workbench Your order is actively being shaped, polished, and assembled by hand. You’ll receive an update when it reaches this stage.
Pending- Waiting on Brush Knot Your brush is nearly complete. The handle is finished and awaiting the specific knot chosen for your order. The knot is on order and will arrive soon. Once it reaches the Workshop, I’ll complete your brush and send an update with tracking information.
Completed Your order has been finished, packed, and is ready to leave the Workshop. Scheduled shipments occur throughout the week, so there may be a short delay before tracking becomes active. Once your package has been picked up, you’ll be able to follow it’s path with tracking updates the entire way to your door.

Welcome to The CaYuen Workshop
Thank you for your patronage.
If your order includes made-to-order items, the estimated lead time shown with the selected product option is the time needed to craft your piece and complete your order. Each item is made individually, and I’ll update your order as it moves through the Workshop.
If I encounter a significant delay while crafting your order-I’ll update your order status and send you a progress update. That way, you’ll always know where your order stands and what to expect next.
Have a question about your order? The quickest way to reach me is to reply directly to any email you’ve received about your order. If you prefer, you can also use the Contact Us page, however a reply may take longer to reach you through that channel.
To help ensure word from the House can reach you, please add “@cayuenworkshop.com” to your safe senders list. Most messages receive a reply within one business day. If you haven’t heard from me by then, please check your spam or junk folder-correspondence from the House sometimes finds it’s way there.
Until then, the House will be hard at work. Thank you for your patience and for keeping the tradition of wet shaving alive.
