Shipping Information
Processing Times
Grooming Products (Soap, Aftershave, Pre-Shave, etc.)
• Ship within 1–3 business days.
Ready-to-Ship Brush Handles
All RTS handles are fully completed and ready to ship.
Processing time depends entirely on the knot selected:
• Knots In Stock: ship within 1–3 business days
• Knots That Must Be Ordered: ship within 10–15 business days
Each product page clearly indicates which knots are currently available immediately and which require additional lead time.
Ready-to-Ship Bowls
• Ship within 1–3 business days
Made-to-Order (MTO) Brushes
• Lead time: 1–3 weeks
Made-to-Order (MTO) Bowls
• Lead time: 1–3 weeks
Combined Orders
If your order includes items with different processing times, the longest lead time determines the overall ship date.
Shipping Restrictions
• Aftershave and alcohol-based items ship Ground Only.
• I currently do not offer international shipping for consumable products.
• Shipping times shown by carriers are estimates and may be slower than posted.
Tracking & Delivery
Tracking information is provided when your order ships.
Once a package is accepted by the carrier, transit delays, reroutes, and late deliveries are outside my control.
Freight Forwarders & Reshippers
If you choose to use a forwarding service:
• Tracking and Insurance only covers delivery to the U.S. address provided
• Any delay, damage, or loss that occur after delivery to the U.S. address provided are the responsibility of the forwarding service.
•When a prepaid label is provided, it is valid only for U.S. Domestic Shipping.
• International return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility
Return & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before the item ships, whichever occurs first.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Reporting an Issue
If there is any concern with your order, you must contact me within 7 days of delivery.
This window allows me to properly assess the item while it is still in the same condition in which it arrived.
Issues reported after 7 days are outside the inspection window and cannot be accepted.
Return Eligibility
If a return is approved, the item must be:
• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• In its original condition, unaltered and undamaged
• Securely packaged to prevent additional damage in transit
No refund will be issued until the returned item is received and inspected.
In clear-cut cases of confirmed defect, I may choose to offer a replacement or waive the physical return at my discretion.
In all other cases, the item must be returned.
Return Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
If I provide a prepaid return label, it applies only to domestic U.S. returns.
Customers using reshippers or freight forwarders are responsible for all international return postage.
Lost or Damaged Packages
All orders are shipped with insurance.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit:
• I will assist you in filing an insurance claim
• Claims for loss or damage must be filed by the recipient
• Reimbursement is issued by the carrier or insurer according to their policies
